I recently had to contact (redacted) regarding a dividend payment. I won't go into the long story but I had the good luck to get Kristi Tawney on the phone. She was so helpful in solving the problem. She went out of her way to get to the bottom of the problem and guided me thru the solution to get it fixed. Her kindness and caring was much needed.
