Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, SMA Services, Inc. was established in 1984 as a wholly-owned, for-profit subsidiary of the Southern Medical Association (SMA). At that time, its main purpose was to provide SMA members with personal and professional financial services ranging from insurance and retirement to travel.
While continuing to provide group services for the Southern Medical Association and its members, SMA Services, Inc. has expanded in scope and currently offers quality administrative services to everyone.
You do not need to be a member or even a medical professional
to take advantage of everything SMA Services has to offer.
That being said, we do have extensive experience working with medical-related businesses and professionals and if you are in the medical community, we are an excellent choice. We know your unique needs and can help you meet them.
